At Pixel Decors, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch.

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

• Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

• We do not offer refunds for any products.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

• After verification, a replacement product will be provided where applicable.

• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
